Terms & Conditions

• The check-in and checkout times are 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.
• Please be advised that check-in time is strictly limited to 7:00 PM. Any arrivals after this time will result in the booking being cancelled and marked as a no show.
• Our goal is to offer a tranquil and rejuvenating experience during your stay. Please note that we do not offer Wifi connection, so we suggest bringing your own dongles. For optimal service, we recommend using Airtel or Jio networks.
• It is mandatory for all guests including children (Indian & Foreign nationals) to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Pan card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel / Resort check-in.
• Room levels cannot be confirmed on Booking.
• The resort will have the discretion to decide whether to provide a buffet, TDH menu  or a la carte options.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No loud Music allowed in Swimming pool area.
• Swimming is permitted dawn to dusk. No glassware /coolers/drinks/food are allowed in pool area. For the safety of our guests, our resort adheres to a no diving policy.
• Management is not responsible for any untoward incident or accident caused during the stay, We request you to have a responsible holiday.
• Online payment fee/charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
• External guests are restricted to the Lobby and Restaurant areas only.

Cancellation policies

• 30 days prior to check-in date 100% refund (Online transaction fee applicable).
• 30 – 15 days of check-in 25% of cancellation charges will be applicable
• 15 – 10 days of check-in 50% of cancellation charges will be applicable
• Less than 10 days of check in no refund.

Child Policy (Mandatory)

• Children up to 05 years will be complimentary while sharing the room with parents without mattress.
• Children 6yrs-12yrs, child charges will be applicable.
• 12yrs and above considered as an adult and extra adult charges will be applicable.

Identity Proof Policy (Mandatory)

As per Government regulations, we request all guests including children to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. Driving license, passport or Aadhaar card. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa.
